Chris Johnson

Thank you for your interest in 1Body fitness Personal Training which was founded in 2020. The gym I trained out of was a victim of covid so I opened a training studio so I could continue sharing my passion for fitness with all of you through effective 1 on 1 strength training, injury prevention, functional maintenance, and muscular endurance. My fitness Journey began towards the end of my college tenure while at the university of Jamestown where I competed in 4 years of football for the university. I started personal training in 2013 teaching a variety of group classes and administering 1 on 1 sessions at Anytime fitness and The YMCA in Jamestown North dakota. In 2014 I became a fitness director at a gym in arizona called Fitness 1 where I was responsible for hiring and training fitness coaches, managing and maintaining and effective group of fitness classes, and making sure clients were reaching their desired goals. In 2016 I moved to the Minneapolis/ St paul area where I took a step back from management to doing what I was passionate about which was working with clients on their goals .
